Concubine Lane is one of the favourite tourist spots in Ipoh. It is well-known as Yee Lai Hong (二奶巷) in Cantonese, which means the "mistresses' street. It used to be an area where the rich Chinese tycoons and British expats kept their mistresses.
二奶巷是怡保最受欢迎的旅游景点之一。 它以粤语 Yee Lai Hong （二奶巷）而闻名。意思是情妇（二奶）的街道。它曾经是富裕的中国大亨和英国外籍人士收留情妇的地方。
Through these several decades after Malaysia gained independence and the British left, the street faced a lot of revolutions and now finally turned into a popular attraction in Ipoh.

Although the street is not very long, but with a number of hipster cafes, lots of photo stops (murals and such) and area to shops for knick-knacks and souvenirs, it has become an interesting place for sightseeing and exploring nowadays.

ツ [EN|中] Restaurant Thean Chun is one of the old and classic restaurants in Ipoh. It can easily be found as it's just located opposite the entrance of the well-famous Concubine Lane. The restaurant is particularly popular with its Caramel Custard a.k.a. Caramel Egg Pudding.
