ツ [EN|中] Spicy Numbing Stir-Fry Pot (麻辣香锅) is a famous and much-sought-after Chinese food. It's a stir-fried dry dish with some spice and spicy oil. Unlike the Mala steamboat, for this stir-fried pot, the vendor will help to cook after the diner picked their delectable ingredients.

At Mala Xiang Guo, the restaurant offers over 50 ingredients. All ingredients are charged by weight - RM 3.90 / 100g for the veggie and RM 5.90 / 100g for the meat/seafood (extra RM 5.00 for the base). The price can be varied according to the ingredients that the diner picked.

Besides that, the diner can also choose the level of the spiciness among stir-fry, mild, spicy and extreme based on their preference. As we can’t take the heat, so we only choose mild.

I can just feel the taste of the spicy infused oil but neither spicy nor salty at the first bite. However, it becomes spicier at the following bites but not salty either.

在食入第一口的时候，我只品尝到辣油的味道，而且既不辣也不咸。然而，接下来的几口，慢慢的感觉到了刺激，但却还是少了咸味。
 
For me, this dish does not suit my taste buds because it lack of the aromatic and fragrance that the Mala Pot should have. It’s just numbing and spicy and totally covered the natural taste of the ingredients.

对我来说，这道菜不适合我，因为它缺乏麻辣香锅应该具有的芳香和香气。它只是麻木和辛辣，而且其辣味已经完全覆盖了食材原有的味道。
In addition, there are so many “black-seeds” (I’m not sure it is black cardamom or other spices) inside and we keep eating on it. The taste of the “black-seeds” is really weird and disgusting, and it even spoiled the overall taste of this dish. In short, I thought it’s a matter of personal preference, you may pay a visit if you love the spicy and Mala taste.

另外，里面有很多“黑种子”（我不确定它是黑豆蔻或其他香料），我们每口都吃到这“黑种子”。 “黑种子”的味道真的很奇怪和恶心，甚至破坏了这道菜的整体味道。简而言之，我认为这是个人喜好的问题，如果你喜欢辣味和麻辣味，你可以去试试看看。
