Sushi Ya @ Ampang Business Centre, Alor Setar, Kedah [GPS]

Sushi Ya is a well-established brand known for its economical offering at Raja Uda. Lovers of sushi will be excited to know that Sushi Ya is now operating at Alor Setar, Kedah. It's located at Ground Floor of Ampang Business Centre in Alor Setar. Many sushi lovers flocked the place on its grand opening. Since its first opening on 18 March 2019, I've visited many times throughout this period because mainly it's near to my house and secondly I love the Mentai-series sushi available in the store. In addition, the price of the sushi is relatively lower in comparison to other sushi restaurants though the size of sushi would be slightly smaller. The sushi runs on the conveyor belt is only RM 1.90 for the pink plate and RM 2.90 for the red plate.

Sushi Ya是一家在Raja Uda以经济实惠而闻名的知名品牌。寿司爱好者必会很高兴地知道，Sushi Ya现在已在亚罗士打营业。 它位于亚罗士打Ampang Business Centre的低楼。 许多寿司爱好者在开幕时蜂拥而至。 自2019年3月18日第一天开张以来，我在这期间已访问过多次，主要是因为它靠近我家，其次我喜欢店里的明太系列的寿司。 此外，与其他寿司店相比，寿司的价格相对较低，虽然寿司的尺寸会略小一些。 传送带上运行；粉红色盘仅为1.90令吉，红色盘则为2.90令吉。

I'm quite satisfied with the sushi on the conveyor belt that Sushi Ya displays because it's constantly loaded with various choices of sushi. However, I've noticed that the wasabi is always out of supply on the belt (though not many people are dining)... the waiters will go table by table to asking do they still need it and pass it for those who need it.

对于Sushi Ya在传送带上的寿司我很满意，因为它经常装有各式各样的寿司。 然而，我注意到传送带的芥末总是供应不足（虽然没有多少人在用餐）......服务员会一桌一桌地询问他们是否还需要它并将它传递给需要的人。

Ten Zaru Cha Soba

Apart from the lower-priced sushi, Sushi Ya has also provided many quality Japanese cuisines. Such as Sashimi, Donburi, Yakimono and etc. I personally love Cha Soba so much. After Sushi King has stopped supplying it, I'm quite disappointed but luckily I found it at Sushi Ya. Ten Zaru Cha Soba (RM 16.90), the Cha Soba (cold green tea noodles) is served in the ice bowl at Sushi Ya; the Ebi Tempura, Eggplant Tempura, and Sweet Potato Tempura are given aside in the separated plate.

除了价格较低的寿司外，Sushi Ya还提供许多优质的日本料理。 如生鱼片，Donburi，Yakimono等，我个人非常喜欢Cha Soba。 在Sushi King停止供应之后，我很失望，但幸运的是我在Sushi Ya找到了。 Sushi Ya的Cha Soba（冷绿茶面）是呈在冰碗的; Ebi天妇罗，茄子天妇罗和番薯天妇罗则是放在另一个盘子里。

Hotate Mentai Yaki

Besides that, I also love the Hotate Mentai Yaki (RM 12.90/ 2pcs) served at Sushi Ya. It's quite hard to get it in Alor Setar as there are not many Japanese restaurants in Alor Setar serving it. Taste-wise, I thought the Hotate is fresh and the Mentai is given generously on top of the Hotate.

除此之外，我也喜欢Sushi Ya供应的Hotate Mentai Yaki（RM 12.90 / 2pcs）。 在亚罗士打很难得到它，因为在亚罗士打供应的日本餐馆并不多。 味道方面，我认为扇贝是新鲜的，而在扇贝上的明太子份量也很多。
