Panntea （盼茶）is an international Pearl Milk Tea brand. Since the brand founded, Panntea has more than 30 stores in Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, Australia, and the United States. It's now located at the bustling Maritime Piazza at Karpal Singh, Penang. With its healthy concept drink and European bread, it has become one of the favourite Pearl Milk Tea brands of Penangites.

The main selling point of Panntea is that the fruits in the beverages are freshly sourced in order to provide the freshest and nutritious drinks for the guests. In addition, Panntea also uses the finest yogurt for its Yogurt Fresh Fruit Tea.

We tried Supreme Fruit Cloud & Mist Tea and Fruit With Pulps during our visit. We thought the first choice would be better and fits our liking well because the ingredients in the former drink are all using the fresh fruits, while the latter has including some jelly and not much fresh fruits are given. Hence, as compared, Supreme Fruit Cloud & Mist Tea has a stronger fruit fragrant in the tea.

For milk tea, I tried the new arrival drink, Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea. Honestly, I do not expect much on this drink because I thought that it doesn't have any big difference as compared to other brands. Nevertheless, I'm quite surprised in the first sip... the milk tea has a bold brown sugar taste and the boba is quite chewy. For the level of sweetness, I thought slightly reduced would be better but the sweetness of this drink is not able to adjust.

In short, the drink here is pretty nice but in my opinion, since Panntea Penang housed near to the sea, the owner could set a door in front of the store as same as other shops nearby instead of the open entrance to avoid the flies fly here and there in the store.
