Morganfield's @ Queensbay Mall, Penang [GPS]

Morganfield's is not new and no stranger to the Penangites as it had established for years in Gurney Paragon (business has ceased trading recently) and Queensbay Mall. The restaurant is particularly famous for their Signature Pork Rib. Thus, whenever I'm craving for the pork rib, Morganfield's pork rib will definitely be my first choice.

Morganfield's对于槟城人来说并不陌生，因为它已经在Gurney Paragon（已经停止营业）和Queensbay Mall建立多年了。其餐厅以其招牌猪排骨而闻名。因此，每当我想吃猪排骨时，Morganfield's肯定是我的首选。

Morganfield's is the restaurant that replicates the American dining experience, from the interior design of the restaurant to the meal. Although it's slightly pricey, but the portion is quite big. Nevertheless, you can get the set lunch with the same taste on at the cheaper price. Set lunch is only applicable on Mon to Fri, from 11am - 4pm except for public holidays.

Morganfield's类似美式的餐厅，从餐厅的室内设计到餐点。虽然它有点贵，但份量相当大。不过，您可以以更便宜的价格享用同样口味的午餐套餐。套餐仅适用于周一至周五，上午11点至下午4点，公共假期除外。

There are more than 30 choices of set lunch available in the restaurant. The diner can choose according to their liking. If you're not the fans of pork rib, you may also choose chicken, seafood, pasta, pie or burger. Besides that, there are also some meals that come with rice. It's great for those who prefer to has rice for their lunch.

餐厅提供了超过30种套餐。用餐者可以根据自己的喜好选择。如果你不喜欢猪排骨，你也可以选择鸡肉，海鲜，意大利面，馅饼或汉堡。除此之外，还有一些附带米饭的餐店。这对于那些喜欢吃米饭的人来说使非常棒的。

The price of the set lunch starts from RM 14.90 and it comes along with a soup or salad and also a bottomless soft drink. Usually, I'll pick the soup because the soups given in Morganfield's are the clear soup (minestrone or chicken soup) which I like. I personally don't like the salad because it's too "healthy". You'll be served a huge plate of greens without much dressing.

套餐的价格从14.90马币开始，其中包含了汤或沙拉，以及可无限添加的汽水。通常，我会选汤，因为Morganfield的汤是我喜欢的清汤（意大利杂菜汤或鸡汤）。我个人不喜欢沙拉，因为它太“健康”了。你将获得一大盘没有太多的酱料的绿色蔬菜。

Normally, I'll pick Hickory BBQ Spare Ribs or Garlicky BBQ spare ribs for the lunch but I found there's a new flavour on the menu. So, I decided to give it a try. It's Asian Charred Spare Ribs. It has now become one of my favourite flavours because it tastes like the Chinese favourite Char Siew. It's sweet and savoury on the outside; tender and juicy on the inside. It tastes simply delicious because the natural taste of the pork ribs isn't covered by the bold flavour of the sauce.

通常我会选择Hickory BBQ Spare Ribs或Garlicky BBQ排骨，可使我发现了菜单上有新的味道，所以，我决定尝试一下。它是Asian Charred Spare Ribs。它已成为了我最喜欢的口味之一，因为它的味道像中国人最喜欢的叉烧一样。它的外皮香甜可口;里面的肉又柔嫩多汁。它真的很美味，因为猪排骨没有被浓郁的酱料给覆盖去。
