Baked food is a part of my life and I can never refuse it. When I first saw a photo of 65c Ondo Bakery Cafe online, I was surprised by the delicacy of the baked goods there, particularly the fluffy pillowy square-shaped Shokupan.

From the croissants we have eaten, we can find that 65c Ondo uses premium butter on its baked goods because it has a good butter aroma. For the Lava Salted Egg Croissant, I was amazed by its filling. I thought it would be salty, but it turnouts to taste like the sweet creamy custard which I like. I will definitely be back and try the Shokupan soon in the future.
