San Restaurant (杉海鲜茶餐室) @ Kuah, Langkawi [GPS]

San Restaurant (杉海鲜茶餐室) is one of a local restaurant in Langkawi. You can easily locate it after 10 minutes driving from Jetty Point, Kuah. The restaurant is just set beside of the bursting Jalan Padang Matsirat, Kuah. Although without any outstanding interior design and ambiance, it still has been receiving positive responses from the neighborhood, as well as the tourists because of its wallet-friendly yet delectable foods. 

杉海鲜茶餐室是兰卡威的当地餐厅之一。从Kuah的Jetty Point开车10分钟后，你就可以轻易的找到它了。它就坐落在Jalan Padang Matsirat的旁边。虽然没有任何出色的室内设计和氛围，但它仍然得到了本地人和游客的积极响应，因为价格便宜而食物也很美味。

White Pepper Pig Stomach Soup 

Undoubtedly, it's also one of the restaurants that I must visit whenever I was in Langkawi. The White Pepper Pig Stomach Soup is my (my whole family) favourite dish at San Restaurant. Though the soup looks just normal and even below average, but it's freaking awesome. The soup is clear and flavourful with the bold pepper aroma and the spare ribs inside the soup are also tender after boiling for hours. It kinda tastes like Singapore Bak Kut Teh.


毫无疑问，它也是我在兰卡威时必须去的餐厅之一。它的猪肚汤是我（我全家人）最喜欢的菜肴之一了。虽然汤外表看起来很普通，甚至低于平均水平，但它的味道太棒了。汤头清澈但有着浓浓呼叫的香气和味道，汤内的排骨经过数小时的熬煮后也很柔嫩。味道有点像新加坡肉骨茶。

Apart from that, San also serves a variety choice of Chinese local dishes such as Chicken porridge, Pork porridge, Wanton Noodles, Curry Noodles, Herbal Soup Noodles, Kuey Teow Soup, Economic Rice and so on. The Pork Porridge with Century Egg is also my favourite dish at San Restaurant because the porridge has a perfect consistency... not too thick nor watery.

除此之外，杉海鲜茶餐室还提供各种中式的当地菜肴，如鸡肉粥，猪肉粥，馄饨面，咖喱面，药材汤面，粿条汤，经济饭等。其中皮蛋瘦肉粥也是我在杉海鲜茶餐室最喜欢的菜肴，因为它具有完美的稠度......不会太浓，也不会太水。
