Orkid Ria Restaurant is one of a famous seafood restaurant situated along the main road of Jalan Pantai Cenang, you can tell that from the crowd at the restaurant... it's always fully packed once it starts operating. Orkid Ria Seafood Restaurant is an ideal choice for those who like to get a seafood feast because it serves arguably the freshest seafood in Pantai Cenang. There is a massive aquarium storing all kind of live seafood at the entrance, such as lobsters, mantis prawns, tiger prawns, tiger groupers and king crabs.

Besides seafood, Orkid Ria Restaurant also provides a wide range of Chinese dishes. We always try different dishes whenever we pay a visit here. On the recent visit, we tried some dishes that never try before.

All the dishes we order are pretty good and tasty especially the Kung Pao Chicken that we even ordered twice... the Kung Pao sauce is mouthwatering with the perfect combination of salty, sweet and spicy flavour. The Deep-Fried Calamari is good as well, but it'll be even better if it's crispier. However, the Steamed Live Fish with Soy Sauce is a bit disappointed us because the fish is overcooked but it still considers good as the fish is really fresh.

Overall, all the foods here quite tasty and good value for money but please note that the live seafood is pricey than the frozen seafood.
