Wheeler's Coffee @ Love Lane, Penang [GPS]

ツ [EN|中] Wheeler's Coffee used to be a bicycle-themed cafe which located at Love Lane. After a month-long renovation, Wheeler's Coffee is finally reopening on 25th Nov 2018. The cafe looks more modern and elegant with a comfy environment currently after taking away the big and small decoration of the bicycle.

Wheelers'Coffee曾经是一个位于Love Lane, 以自行车为主题的咖啡馆。经过长达一个月的翻新后，Wheelers' Coffee终于在2018年11月25日重新开放。在拆除自行车的大小装饰后， Wheelers' Coffee 看起来更加的现代和优雅，环境也很舒适。

Along with the reopening, Wheeler's Coffee has featured a few new dishes too. Such as Truffle Spaghetti Carbonara. The spaghetti was cooked with the smoked turkey bacon, mushroom, onion, white truffle oil, creamy alfredo sauce and finish with the egg yolk, parmesan cheese and focaccia bread. This is one of the best pasta I have ever eaten in Penang. Although the sauce looks thick but not greasy. It tastes so great with the strong fragrance of smoked turkey bacon.

随着重新营业，Wheeler's Coffee也推出了一些新菜。如Truffle Spaghetti Carbonara。此意大利面用烟熏火鸡培根，蘑菇，洋葱，白松露油和阿尔弗雷多酱一同烹煮。随后在面上加上一颗蛋黄，帕玛森芝士和佛卡夏面包。这是其中一间我在槟城吃过最好吃的意大利面之一。虽然酱汁看起来很浓稠，但它的味道非常好，带有很香的熏制火鸡培根味， 可是却没有很腻的奶油味。

Besides that, we'd also ordered Bacon Arugula Pizza. The pizza is made from the in-house pizza dough and filling with the aromatic pizza sauce, cheese and finish with the rocket salad, turkey bacon and parmesan cheese on top. Even though the taste of the pizza is quite good, but for me, I prefer the thin-crust pizza with a crispier crust. It would be perfect if the baking time is slightly longer.

除此之外，我们也点了Bacon Arugula Pizza。披萨是由店里自制的披萨面团制成的，馅料包括芳香的披萨酱，奶酪和火腿沙拉，火鸡培根和帕玛森芝士。虽然披萨的味道非常好，但对我来说，我比较喜欢薄皮披萨有着比较脆的饼皮。如果烘烤时间稍长，那将会更加的完美。

In short, Wheeler’s Coffee is one of the great spots to sit back and relax in Penang. In the meantime, you may also enjoy a wide range of scrumptious foods here with the top-notch service from the friendly service crew.
