Generally, I do not eat Siew Mai whenever having dim sum because it's greasy for me as the fillings are made from the pork meat. However, I totally fall in love with the Siew Mai serving here because it's not that greasy as I thought. The filling is deliciously succulent instead.

Apart from the pork-free concept, the colorful dim sum selling here is also one of the reasons which draw my interest. The Butterfly Pea Dumpling we ordered is quite attractive... the blue skin is made from the natural color ingredient, which extracted from the butterfly pea.

The Cheese Salami Pau too is surprisingly good as well. The steamed bun is made from the wholewheat flour and the filling-wise, it tastes much like the cheesy bacon carbonara sauce that without the creamy taste.

Other dishes like Beancurd Skin Prawn, Fried Radish Cake and Chicken Glutinous Rice serving here well-deserved round of applause too, especially the Beancurd Skin Prawn. The beancurd skin is very crispy but it's not oily and the fresh prawn taste can be tasted.

Overall, Canning Dim Sum Express would be a great place to fix your dim sum craving because the foods here is really fresh and tasty. Price-wise, I thought it could be slightly expensive as compared to other local dim sum spot but undoubtedly the dim sum here worth it.
