MyLaksa @ Aman Central, Alor Setar [GPS]

ツ [EN|中] Asam Laksa is one of the local foods in Malaysia but the taste is slightly different from state to state and everyone might have their own favorite places for it. As a Kedahrian, I much prefer Penang Laksa, which tastes sweet and sour with a little bit spicy instead of Kedah Laksa that tastes spicy and sour as same as many other Kedahrians too.

亚叁叻沙是马来西亚的当地美食之一，但各州的口味略有不同。每个人都可能有自己喜欢光顾的地方。作为一个吉打人，我更喜欢槟城的叻沙，就像很多其他吉打人一样，因为它吃起来是酸甜且带有点辣得，而不像吉打的叻沙一样，吃起来是酸辣的。

MyLaksa is a new Laksa brand that starts operating in Alor Setar. It's the shop that specializes in the Penang Laksa. As on Jan 2019, there are 2 stores in Malaysia - Alor Setar and Perak. The concept of MyLaksa is almost the same as the well-known D'Laksa, even the theme color on the stall, bowl and also the food choices. The only different is MyLaksa provide the Deep Fried Popiah but there are only fish balls available in D'Laksa.

After tried both, I thought that the base has not much different as both broths are thick and the fish flesh is given generously. However, the broth of MyLaksa is extremely sour. It even tastes sour than the Tomyam soup.

尝试了两者之后，我认为两间的汤底没有太大的不同，因为两个汤底都很浓稠，鱼肉很也很多。然而，MyLaksa的汤底非常的酸。它甚至比Tomyam汤味道酸。

Hence, I thought that MyLaksa is much like Alor Setar Laksa which tastes spicy and sour instead of Penang Laksa that tastes sweet and sour with slightly spicy that mentioned earlier. Otherwise, it would be a perfect choice in Alor Setar.

因此，我认为MyLaksa更偏向亚罗士打叻沙，是酸辣的，而不像槟城叻沙一样，味道甜酸，略带辛辣。否则，它将会是在亚罗士打一个不错的选择。
